Crystal has been a public speaker and educator for the past 18 years of her career. She has educated on multiple topics such as mental health disorders, substance use, as well as concurrent disorders. She has designed and facilitated workshops for administrators in public and private education system, as well as for parent advisory committees.

Crystal has been a guest speaker for St Pauls Hospital, Vancouver Coastal Health primary care and mental health clinics, including the HOPE center on the topic of Trauma Informed Practice. She further designed and facilitated Trauma-Informed workshops for managers, team leads, and frontline health care professionals within the health care system. She has also been asked to speak in multiple non-profit organizations and has been a guest speaker at Trauma Conferences.

Crystal has been a guest speaker for health care professionals on other topics including Making Sense of Trauma Group: a skills group for those surviving complex trauma symptoms as well as borderline personality disorder.

Crystal was recently accepted as a conference speaker at EMDR Canada and will be presenting on Using Intensive EMDR for Military and First Responders who are diagnosed with PTSD.

She currently runs a private practice in Vancouver BC Canada.
